This is first page of Marie-Jacques' text on the
ECHO postmortem. It is an example of a second level article page template.
Every article in the site had a series of links to related documents and
Web pages. These were found as hyperlinks in the actual text but were
also summarized in a DHTML menu on the right of the page labeled "Content
related to this article." It could be opened and closed so as to
not interfere with reading.
